One of ServiceNow UK’s first Workforce Placement Partners reflecting ability to build and certify talent within ServiceNow ecosystem
QA Limited, the UK’s leading digital and technology skills provider, has today announced it has become a Workforce Placement Partner, part of the RiseUp with ServiceNow global initiative to skill one million individuals on the company’s platform by 2024. As part of the program, QA has also become an Authorised Talent Placement Partner in the UK.
Accreditation was awarded for QA’s Recruit, Train, Deploy service, dedicated to building a fast, sustainable pipeline of early career tech talent with expertise in ServiceNow capabilities.
With the digital skills gap now a critical challenge for businesses, demand for ready-qualified talent is vastly outstripping supply. As a ServiceNow Placement Partner, QA uses Recruit, Train, Deploy to find and train the best and most diverse talent from the market, placing them with client organisations for 12-18 months and allowing the client to convert the placement into fulltime employees at the end of their deployment. The model helps provide an alternative to traditional talent acquisition, providing individuals who can hit the ground running to support wider business productivity and growth. The model also de-risks recruitment, with QA continuing to employ specialists after deployment, while providing ongoing pastoral care and tech training.
“In response to increased demand across our client base, we began working closely with ServiceNow earlier this year to drive deployable skills through our Recruit, Train, Deploy talent product,” said Phil Jones, Chief Client Officer at QA. “This accreditation represents a quality stamp for QA, demonstrating our expertise in quickly meeting ServiceNow skills requirements for businesses and helping them narrow their own digital skills gaps.”
Jordi Ferrer, Vice President and General Manager UK&I at ServiceNow added, "We are thrilled to have QA join us as part of RiseUp with ServiceNow which aims to reduce digital talent gaps for our customers and partners by increasing access to valuable digital skills training. Our partnership with QA will help us accelerate and enable new ServiceNow job-ready talent into the UK market as well as provide more job opportunities for all, driving business value for organisations of all sizes and industries.”
