It shows that 2018 has been the 10th successive record year for the business with ongoing investment, a relentless focus on quality and dedication to customer service fuelling continued, long-term and steady growth.

- QA's revenues have grown by 16.5% to £253.3m
- QA's EBITDA has grown by 23.8% to £61.4m
